This report covers whole body turkey prices and volume. Prices are categorized by fresh or frozen and by weight/sex and each category contains the volume by weight of turkey for delivery. Prices are also given for the prior week and year as well as average prices for this month, the prior month, and the prior year. Price trends as well as storage holdings over the last two years are also presented.
